This is the view that André Bourguignon and his daughter Vanessa have deeply held over the years, collecting some of the greatest vintages from Provence, France and around the world, and it leads them to invite their guests to experience them over dinner.
The wine list is constantly changing at Du Côté des Olivades. During your stay, we will be happy to introduce you to local wines such as le ‘Domaine de Trevallon’ or the ‘Mas de la Dame’, along with plenty of other local offerings from Provence.
You can of course also savour more ‘well known’ wines, with more international varieties and characteristics such as the wines of the ‘Louis Jadot estate’, the Domaine ‘Tollot-Beaut’ or the famous ‘Château Rayas’.
